FoodSense - a multi-analyser in a tiny box

FoodSenseTM is a tiny box able to measure a range of food, beverage and water analytes, for quality and safety including: chillie, garlic, ginger, vanilla, pepper, wine and turmeric and E. coli.

 

Specific molecules/analytes detected includes: capsaicin, diallyl disulfide, pyruvate, anti-oxidants, curcumin, sulfite, piperine, pH, saltiness, E. coli etc.
